The Apothecary Shops is a National Specialty and Compounding Pharmacy with dedicated pharmacists and resources focused on the unique needs of ophthalmology health-care providers and their patients. We offer customized ophthalmology medications, hard-to-find products and discontinued items.
The Apothecary Shops is dedicated to producing the highest quality compounds possible and was the first ophthalmology pharmacy in the nation to earn the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board's (PCAB) Seal of Accreditation - a system of standards created by some of the leading organizations in pharmacy.
State-of-the-art laboratories are at the heart of our practice and include facilities dedicated to injectables and other sterile compounds. Our clean rooms are 795/797 certified to meet the highest safety standards set by the United States Pharmacopeia Convention, and each compounding facility is regularly tested to ensure requirements for sterility are exceeded. In addition, our compounded injectable medications are regularly tested by an outside FDA-approved laboratory to ensure product potency, sterility and consistency are maintained.
Our practice is built on a solid foundation of service, knowledge and integrity with dedicated ophthalmology pharmacists available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
